Take a bit into these delicious chicken puffs from Convention 2017!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixer add all ingredients but cream cheese, scrambled eggs, and 6 Tbsp. water, and mix well for 3-4 minutes to break down ingredients and refresh.
  3. Add cream cheese and mix until well combine. Set aside.
  4. Take each puffed pastry sheet and cut into 2x2 squares. With a cookie scoop place a large Tablespoon of filling on each square. Bring in the edges and seal to create a ball.
  5. When all the puffs are finished place them on a cookie sheet. Mix scrambled eggs and 6 tablespoons water and whisk well. With a pastry brush egg wash each puff. Sprinkle chefs choice onto each puff.
  6. Bake on 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 32 puffs
Filling yield: 3 cups
