A nice hearty stew that you can serve on those cold nights. Serve with crusty French bread or bread sticks.

  1. Place all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese into a large stock pot, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and cook until pasta noodles are done, approximately 10-12 minutes, depending on type of noodles used.
  3. Add the tomato sauce powder to the pot and stir until combined.
  4. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Top with re-hydrated mozzarella cheese.
